There are four take-offs at Montsec:
## Raudoral
The lowest take-off. Recently created, it allows pilots to launch without driving all the way to the top of Montsec. It is a clean, fairly steep south-facing take-off with space for one paraglider to launch while another prepares.
It is usually the first take-off to receive the valley breeze as the slope heats up.
**Do not use in east wind.**
Height to the Camping landing field: **500 m**

## Gabrielo
A spacious take-off area for both hang gliders and paragliders, but launch is only possible from one point. Check all streamers carefully, as this is a technical take-off.
It faces south and is not suitable in west wind. It can be a good option when there is north wind at the top of Montsec.

## Main Top Take-off / Coll d’Ares
A very large, clear take-off with paved access, often used for competitions. It faces south and can also be used with some west wind.
In east wind it may be affected by rotor, so it is usually better to continue to Sant Alís.
Height to Àger: **960 m**
GPS: **42.043020, 0.747483**
## Sant Alís
Located near the geodesic marker, with incredible views of Montseny, Moncayo, the Guara range, the Pyrenees from Navarra to Girona, Montserrat, Monte Caro, Prades and Montsant.
The take-off is just to the left and in front of the firewatch cabin. It faces south-east.
**Do not use in west wind.**
