Lunch is allowed for hang gliders and paragliders and is thermally interesting in spring. A great mountain in the evening with calm soaring conditions. Beautiful views of the lowlands and the Allgäu high Alps to the south. Ascent with chair lift from Immenstadt. The main launch site is the northeast start (alpine meadow approx. 70 m below the terrace). Next to the NO launch site there is a south-, northwest- and a terrace launch site. There is a winter gate for red deer to the west. This must not be flown over. In addition, a game feeding system is in operation on the south side in winter, which must not be flown over between Dec. and April. The main landing site for paragliders and hang-gliders is on the plateau between Ettensberg and Altmummen. The landing site can also become turbulent in strong winds.
Landing on the meadows directly at the valley station of the Mittagbahn is prohibited. Residents file charges with the police.
Attention: No parking at the Tannenhof!

4. training flights to the A-licence are only permitted under flawless and laminar conditions at the main take-off site "Alter Schlepplift". Students must have completed at least 25 high-altitude flights in other airfields. A flight instructor with radio communication is required at the take-off and landing areas.
5. the wilderness areas at the Immenstädter Horn and on the Mittag-Süd side below the Alpe Oberberg are to be avoided.
6. the landing places are to be approached in time and with sufficient altitude.
7 Every pilot is obliged to visit the Ettensberg landing site before his first flight.
8. landing site Ettensberg: When planning your flight you have to pay attention to stronger wind or thermals in the landing area.
9. landing place Ettensberg: A landing division with position (left volte) must be kept, since mixed flight operation HG and GS takes place.
10. Ettensberg landing site: The landing areas may not be used for winding exercises during flight operations.
